Our best date
Our first date and our engagement date were pretty perfect!
Our worst date
We haven't really had any bad dates!
Here's how we got engaged
David took me to our first date spot, Masa, and we sat at the exact table we did on our first date. He was acting kind of strange, but I tried not to think anything of it. After dinner we went to walk around Lake Ella, just like we did on our first date. He sat me down on a bench that we sat at on our first date (where I just knew he would kiss me...he didn't). He told me I made him the happiest he has ever been and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. Of course I said yes! He then took me back to my house where both of our families, and all of our friends were waiting with a surprise party!
Where our likes overlap ...
David and I have lots in common. We enjoy doing all kinds of things together. We play tennis, ride bikes, go to the beach, fish, see movies, and all kinds of other things. We definitely like to be outside and active.
... and where they don't.
I am much more into books than David. I can read four or five by the time he reads one. He also doesn't really watch TV, although I have recently got him into Game of Thrones.
